This agreement is a legal contract between you and Biubiu VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile network connection application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative works from the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related trademarks, interfaces, code, and content belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. You are responsible for keeping your account, password, and device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting a device is discouraged because it may affect app stability and security.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party capabilities, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using those capabilities, you are also subject to the applicable third-party terms.

The App depends on an available network connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by account arrears, data limits, weak signal, disabled system permissions, or carrier restrictions. Using the App outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data charges. If you roam outside your home country, confirm that you have a suitable roaming or data plan and permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the App. Service interruptions caused by drained batteries, device failures, third-party platform changes, or failure to install updates are outside the scope of compensation. We try to provide accurate route information and app updates, but we do not guarantee that every third-party website, app, or piece of content will be accessible at all times. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the App service when necessary. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services, subscription rights, and software access are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Customer Support: If you experience installation, connection, or account issues, contact support and we will help troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: Temporary technical problems will be handled as quickly as possible, but troubleshooting alone does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds are not provided where account access, licenses, or digital rights are shared, resold, or abused.

Policy Changes: We may modify this refund policy, and changes take effect once published on the website.

By purchasing or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refund policy.
