This Privacy Policy explains how Biubiu VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information when you download, install, and use the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We collect and use data only where necessary to provide stable and secure network connectivity.

When you launch the App, we may collect operational information needed for service delivery, including IP address, device model, operating system version, in-app actions, connection status, and approximate location. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on Biubiu VPN node availability; 2. analyze regional connection quality through anonymized aggregate data; and 3. send required service updates, security notices, or account-related messages. We do not use this information beyond the purposes described in this policy.

We may transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services or Firebase crash analytics, to diagnose issues and improve the App. Except where required by legal process, regulatory obligations, user safety needs, or confidential service providers, we do not share personally identifiable information with third parties. You may stop new operational data collection by uninstalling the App through your device's standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If such data is identified, we will delete it promptly. We use access control, encrypted storage, and operational review procedures to reduce unauthorized access risks.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal requirements, product changes, or operational needs. Continued use of the Service after publication means you accept the revised policy.
